ALERT: New eFile and Pay System Effective December 1, 2025, for:   Sales and use tax Solid waste fees and surcharges Prepaid wireless fee Beginning December 1: Access the new system from the Florida Department of Revenue’s website at floridarevenue.com/taxes/filepay and select Sales and Use Tax under the eFile and Pay Tax and Fees section. You will log into the new system with your current login information (User ID/Password or Certificate Number/Business Partner Number). You must enter your login information to use the new system for the first time. Saved and copy-paste credentials from this system will not transfer to the new system. If you accessed this site with saved login information in your browser and you do not recall your login information, you can retrieve it using the Forgot User ID and/or Password link in the new system. You will need your certificate number, user ID, and a confirmation number. You can find your certificate number, user ID, and a confirmation number by selecting the Reprint Confirmation Page(s) button on the Menu page of this (current) system. Next, select a submission confirmation and click the confirmation number link to see the details.
